About Us Amazing People is a friendly and customer focused occupational psychology business that specialises in recruitment and development with a passion for helping people achieve career satisfaction. It is personally directed by Denise Taylor and supported by a network of associates who are either chartered occupational psychologists or highly experienced assessors from the senior civil service. Denise has specialised in assessment and development for over 20 years, and she has published extensively in the area of career development. Her specialist knowledge is backed up with Diplomas in coaching and counselling and Masters degrees in occupational psychology and business administration (MBA). Our approach is built on flexibility. We listen carefully to find out what you want and provide an effective and cost effective solution. Denise offers an exceptional level of personal service where you are treated as an individual. There is no slick conveyor belt system and clients regularly compliment me on how I go out of my way to help and my high levels of personal attention. The larger consultancies will charge you well over £1000 a day, and the person you discuss the assignment with is unlikely to carry it out. Instead they rely on young partly qualified staff who may not have sufficient experience to deal with things that go wrong. Choosing a smaller consultancy means your daily rate is significantly less and there is flexibility to offer special prices to charities and the voluntary sector. Why use a Chartered Psychologist >> Amazing People is based at Tewkesbury, close to J9 of the M5 and so well placed to serve clients in the Bristol, Birmingham and the Oxford area. Our network of assessors are from parts of the UK. They are introduced to clients when they add expertise and improve the quality of the work. they are selected because of their sills, values and professionalism and to add expertise. All our quality assured. P.S. lots of people talk about being psychologists but if they are a chartered psychologist, they will be included on the BPS register. |
