Career Management

It's no longer a job for life, so people need to take ownership of their own career. Denise is an expert in this area and has worked one to one with well over 500 people and seen hundreds via group programmes.

Our help could be as an adviser and guide to those looking at future career paths or as a mentor to senior managers.  For others we are there to offer support through periods of career transition or to encourage new ways of balancing both personal and career objectives.

We can help people to enjoy life more, be more successful in their career and life, get the job they really want and have a plan for their future career success. It will improve their health and reduce their stress too!

Talk to us about our Career and life planning workshops such as Career Horizons to encourage participants to take responsibility for their own career management

Use the Highlands Ability Battery to help people understand their natural talents, see how they match up with their current job and how to make changes so they are more satisfied and you have a more productive worker!

Arrange one to one sessions with individuals coming to terms with a poor result from an internal promotion or who recognise they are not seen as a high flyer, and help them to structure a personal development plan.  Individual career counselling can also be used to provide a supportive framework to enable people to gain a more objective view of their strengths and limitations.

Career reviews to enable individuals to step back from their current situation and to view opportunities more objectively.

I can also train and coach managers and HR professionals to enable them to undertake effective career discussions with their staff
