Psychometric Assessment

I am qualified to use OPQ, 16PF, MBTI, Firo-B, KAI and have given sensitive feedback to literally hundreds of people.  Provision of sensitive feedback to candidates through in-depth interviews. 

• Resident psychologist on a large-scale assessment centre (A4D).  In a one-hour session I gave feedback to the delegates on the results from their OPQ and ability tests.  My role also included production of final reports.  I assessed 20 delegates per week for 10 months.

• Provided OPQ and ability test feedback on the Post Office Counters Skills Analysis programme. (Over 100 undertaken).

• Worked with Coopers and Lybrand on the assessment of the top 200 managers within Royal Mail. I provided 16PF, KAI and ability test feedback, and produced the final reports.

• Provided OPQ, 16PF and MBTI feedback to candidates/delegates on numerous assessment and development events.

• Discussion of psychometric assessment results with outplacement clients for Coutts.

• In-depth psychometric assessment and counselling sessions with Coutts mentoring programme clients.

• Psychologist assessor on assessment centres in East Kilbride and London for Department for International Development (over 100 days)

• Psychologist assessor for overseas offices for DFID – Jordan, Delhi, Kiev, Moscow, Bangladesh
