Sometimes it can help to bring in an external perspective to help with an internal situation. May be you have recognised a need for change, or spotted some problems but aren't sure of the right intervention.

We can use our business knowledge and psychological background to work with you to identify and solve the problems.  I'm good at listening and can help you to make sense of what is happening and help to develop a solution that is right for you.

Projects can include staff surveys and focus groups where people are more likely to be honest when the feedback is collected from someone external to the organisation.  Surveys include structured interviews with senior managers and other key stakeholders; focus groups with representative members of staff, questionnaire design and then survey of staff. We follow this up with a clear and easy to follow analysis, avoiding jargon to make it easy to share.
